All our boats are self drive but we go through comprehensive training with you so even if you have never done boating before we will have you confident enough to take the boat out in a short time however if you would like to do a bit of homework before you arrive you can check out the Boaters Handbook and the Boating DVD's on our website for further information.

We have an excellent choice of routes, most of which offer “a little bit of everything” – locks, tunnels, quaint villages with canal side pubs, and beautiful countryside with lots of wildlife, making us the ideal starting point for one of the best ways to see England – by boat.
