How do we find Rose Narrowboats?
Rose Narrowboats’ base lies where the Fosse Way crosses the North Oxford Canal, one mile north of the pretty village of Brinklow on the B4027 (ex-A427). There are main British Rail stations at Coventry and Rugby, both 7 miles away.
By Train: There is a frequent and fast (1 hour) service from London (Euston) to Rugby, which can also be reached directly from Birmingham, Manchester or Liverpool. Coventry Station is 7 miles away. Take a Taxi from either station. Note – Say near BRINKLOW as there are several “Strettons”.

By Road: We are on the Fosse Way B4027 between Brinklow and Stretton under Fosse. Motorway exits: From the South, M1 J17 (M45/A45) or M40 J12 (go past motor museum). From the North M1 J20 or M6 J2 (careful not to get on the M69 by mistake). From the West, M5/M42 takes you up to the M6 J4 then down to J2. From the East, the A14 feeds straight into the M6 J1 Rugby, then via Newbold and Pailton.
